Vanessa is currently accepting new clients.

Hello and Welcome!

Life can be complex, with emotional, mental, and physical demands that can feel overwhelming. In my counselling space, I work to help unravel thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to support your ability to thrive. Client’s come to me looking for support with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, mood disorders, grief/loss, and life transitions. I have experience working with neurodiverse populations of all ages and stages in their lives, as well as various ages, gender-identity and sexuality.

Honesty and humour are values that build upon the conversational approach I take within sessions. As we build a therapeutic relationship, my focus is for you to be heard without judgment, while challenging you to grow. I work with a person-centred lens with all clients, and I utilize skills from cognitive and dialectical behavioural therapy and art therapy.

I look forward to meeting you, whether on the couch in the office or in the comforts of your own home, online. Either way, I am glad to be here for you.
