We offer pre-approved sessions for ICBC clients within the first 12 weeks after an accident.
Chiropractic: Get 25 fully-covered chiropractic treatment sessions
Physiotherapy: Get 25 fully-covered physiotherapy treatment sessions
Acupuncture: Get 12 fully-covered acupuncture treatment sessions
Counselling: Get 12 fully-covered clinical counselling sessions
Massage Therapy: Get 12 fully-covered massage therapy treatment sessions
If it has been longer than 12 weeks, treatments may still be approved. To find out if you are covered, all you need is your ICBC claim number. Our team can work with you to confirm your coverage and set up a treatment plan that fits your needs.
You Don’t Pay For Medical Care Or Treatment
At our clinic, we are a registered ICBC provider and participate in the auto injury program. We directly bill ICBC for your convenience, so there is no need for you to pay out of pocket.

A: Yes, under ICBC’s Enhanced Accident Benefits, you do not have to wait for a support and recovery specialist to contact you and you do not need a doctor’s referral before getting treatment.
Q: What is covered under my ICBC claim?
A: For the first 12 weeks after your crash, you can go for treatment with the health care practitioner of your choice. Coverage includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, clinical counsellors, and acupuncturists.
Q: Can I receive treatment for both physical and emotional injuries after a car accident?
A: Yes, our clinic offers a range of services that can help with both physical and emotional injuries. We offer in person and virtual Clinical Counselling services that can help with emotional trauma caused by the accident, and have partnered with our sister company Latitude Wellness to also offer Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy that can aid in recovery and rehabilitation. We offer these services all under one roof as a one stop shop to make your life easier.
Q: What is the cost of medical care and treatment?
A: ICBC covers all standard treatment fees
- For counselling, ICBC covers 12 sessions for $127 per session.
- For chiropractic, ICBC covers 25 sessions for $56 per session.
- For physiotherapy, ICBC covers 25 sessions for $84 per session.
- For acupuncture, ICBC covers 12 sessions for $94 per session.
- For massage therapy, ICBC covers 12 sessions for $90 per session.

Q: What if the healthcare provider charges a higher rate than what ICBC covers?
A: If a healthcare provider charges a higher rate than what ICBC funds, the patient is responsible for paying the user fee portion which they may submit to their private health insurer for consideration of coverage.
Q: Do I need a doctor's referral to receive treatment?
A: No, you can go for treatment with the health care practitioners of your choice for the pre-approved number of treatments without the need for a doctor’s referral. Just make sure you have your ICBC claim number when getting treatment.
Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?
A: Bring your ICBC claim. If you would like to receive treatment in addition to what ICBC covers, bring your preferred method of payment (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash).
Q: Is it possible to receive treatment if it has been more than 12 weeks since my accident?
A: Yes, it is still possible to receive treatment if it has been more than 12 weeks since your accident. Your health care practitioner may recommend additional treatment. ICBC may also offer a Comprehensive Medical Assessment (CMA) to help to assess your injuries and support your recovery. If you experience a life-altering injury causing permanent and severe impairment impacting daily life, some additional benefits may be available through ICBC.

A: The number of treatments you can receive depends on your specific case and the nature of your injuries. ICBC clients who have been in a car accident within the first 12 weeks are automatically pre-approved for:

- 25 sessions of physiotherapy
- 12 sessions of massage therapy

A: During your first appointment, we will conduct an assessment to evaluate your condition and determine the best course of treatment. We will also review your ICBC claim and contact information. We will also explain the treatment process and answer any questions you may have.
